How is the Keepsake Hardcover made?
It is a made-to-order book. The approved story details are used to prepare one unique print file before the book is produced. We are completing physical proof and delivery checks before announcing a paid hardcover launch.
When will it arrive?
We will show delivery choices and timing only after the print provider, shipping route, and destination are confirmed. We do not make one universal delivery promise for personalised books.
What if the finished book has a production problem?
A grown-up can contact our support team with the order number and a photo of the issue. We will review the next step under the published replacement policy once it is approved.

Will you sell or use their details for advertising?
No. The selected story details are used for the book purchase and fulfilment path. We do not ask for free-text fears, family stories, or sensitive personal details in the public flow.
