What happens after you order.
Little Press Kids stories are deliberately prepared and checked by a person. This page explains exactly when your payment receipt, proof, approval request, and final digital file will arrive.
Personalised digital story orders

Your Shopify receipt arrives
This confirms your payment and shows the order details you chose. Please keep it for reference; it is not the adult story proof.

We check the order details
For standard milestone stories, we prepare your proof within two business days. Hero Journey and Together Story proofs take up to three business days. Gift Story buyers receive the private parent-completion route within two business days.

Your adult proof arrives by email
Check the child first name(s), relationship label where relevant, and family bookplate. A proof is a private adult review step before final delivery.

Reply Approved or send one factual correction
Reply Approved when the details are right. If one factual detail needs correcting, reply with that correction. We do not treat silence as approval.

Your final digital story arrives
After approval, we send the final PDF to the adult email on the order. If a file is missing or unusable, contact us within seven days for support.
Playroom printable orders
A simpler delivery path.
Story companion printables do not need a personal proof. Shopify sends the payment receipt, then the purchasing adult receives the matching US Letter and A4 PDF package by email within 12–16 hours.
If something is wrong
Email contact@littlepresskids.com within seven days. Include your Shopify order number and the title you ordered. We can resend the correct file or review a refund if the file is unusable.
